THE COMPANY AND MANAGEMENT: Leadership Training Consultants, Ltd., is headquartered in Dublin, Ohio. Glenn Thomas Walter, Ph.D., owns the company.
Dr. Walter is the former CEO of Columbus Works, Inc. (CWI). CWI is a United Way of Central Ohio Employment Training Agency with eight employees. He served in this capacity for seven years. During his tenure at CWI, he trained over two thousand clients and raised five million dollars for employment training and development. His expertise was recognized by the United States Department of Labor’s Promising & Effective Practices Network – PEPNet for National Best Practices for educational and employment training. Dr. Walter has 30 years of experience in customizing business and educational training that provide solutions for professionals responsible for leading people, educating students, or managing resources. His areas of concentration are businesses, universities, and community development corporations. He manages the daily operations of the company.
